About Me:
I am a director, fight choreographer, and educator currently at home in Waco, TX where I am finishing my MFA in Directing at Baylor University. I received an MA in Speech/Theatre from Louisiana Tech University where I not only learned a great deal about theatre, but was able to train with Fight Master Mark Guinn who introduced me to stage combat. While primarily studying directing at both universities, I
was given the opportunity to serve as an educator, teaching Theatre
Appreciation, Acting for Non-Majors, and Stage Combat at Baylor University, and
Introduction to Theatre and Stage Combat at Louisiana Tech University. Beyond the classroom,
I actively pursue theatrical research, presenting at theatre conferences and
submitting articles for publication.
